Preconference Dinner - $40
Two day conference - $185
Both Pre-conference and Conference - $225
The pre-conference dinner fee of $40 includes the results of the MN Student Survey Statewide Trends and dinner. The conference registration fee of $185 includes the admittance to all general sessions and breakout workshops, handout materials, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, lunches and reception.

Confirmation Email and Payment
You will receive a confirmation email once you have registered online. The payment options will be listed after you have registered: 1) Pay by State Vendor Electronic Payment; 2) Pay by check; 3) Pay by credit card using PayPal; 4) Receive an invoice; and 5) Use a purchase order.  If you are paying by check, make check payable to The Odyssey Group, 300 33rd Avenue South, Suite 101, Waite Park MN 56387.

Cancellations/Refunds/Substitutions
While no refund of the registration fee will be made, substitutions will be accepted at any time, including onsite. If inclement weather (or other circumstances beyond our control) necessitates cancellation or postponement, participants will be notified via announcements on WCCO-AM Radio.

Conference Hotel
The pre-conference and conference will be held at the Northland Inn, 7025 Northland Drive, Brooklyn Park, MN 55428. A special conference rate of $100/night has been arranged with the hotel. Call 763-536-8300 or 1-800-441-6422 to make room reservations. Mention that you're attending the Safe & Healthy Learners conference to receive the reduced rate.

All attendees are responsible for their own travel and hotel arrangements.
